Meditation Workshops

Join us for some mindful relaxation every month! We'll focus on things like deep-breathing techniques and visualization. All are Welcome! Recordings from our past workshops are also available!

Meetings 

Join us twice a month to learn about topics that will help you live your best life. We'll discuss things like Happiness, Stress-Relief, and Mindful Living!

Member-Leds Workshops

We value our members and support their interest! That's why we offer one workshop a month led by our members about their favorite Mindfulness-related topic!
