Mindfulness is simply the act of focusing your attention on the present moment, so that you can be more readily available to achieve the tasks you do in everyday life. In other words, by being more present, you can more effectively do things like decision-making, stress-management, and time-management.
In this club, we want to teach you about mindfulness, its benefits, and help you live your best and most happy life. One day, three students wandered onto the campus of Mercer University. They found everything in college they could dreamed of, except a student-led, Mindfulness organization. It was from that moment on that they would stop at nothing to bring the students on campus the best Mindfulness and Mental health organization they had seen!
We do many things but at our core we strive to give students the tools they need to live better and more fulfilled lived by being more aware of the present moment. We teach topics like mediation, goal-setting, stress management, and more and can't wait for you to join us!
